I sometimes design objects that have nothing to do with knives. Often in bamboo as I am fascinated by this material (split bamboo fishing rods, bows, shaving sets). Here, chopsticks to make people who aren't used to eating with Japanese chopsticks experience the difference in the way they approach food. The chopsticks are used every day in Hugo Roellinger's restaurant.
